Clipping the map
With this tool you can mark the area containing the mapping data. This helps to define precisely the metadata region. The marked map collars are removed during the visualization.
To start editing a new area:- Hold the SHIFT key and drag with the mouse over the map area.
- Once you release the mouse button the editable area is created.
- Drag the circle nodes shown on the cutline to adjust the shape.
- By pressing DELETE key (or D key) you can delete a node under your cursor.
